How to Place
an Order
Add
a product to your shopping cart by clicking on the Order the Set or Order
the CD links. These links are located to the right of each product.
When you click on a product's Order link, a page will be displayed where you can select the CD(s) and/or the Data File for the CD(s) as well as change the quantity of the item you wish to purchase. Make your choices and click Add to Cart. Your shopping cart displays with all the items you have selected. You can return to your cart at anytime by clicking the View Cart button available throughout the Web site.
While viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you can change the quantity of an ordered item or remove it from your cart. The item's price and the total value of your current order are shown and the totals update after you have made changes - simply press the Recalculate button to complete the change. From this page, you can then choose from the following:
Continue Shopping will return you to the Category page.
Checkout will take you to Checkout page, where you will be prompted to provide and confirm your shipping & payment information. An email will be sent to you directly to acknowledge receipt of your order
.If the order is to be shipped to a destination in the USA then select UPS as your shipping type press the Continue button. On the next page you will select the type of UPS service; each is listed with the cost.
For all international orders select INTERNATIONAL. We will send you an email within 1 business day providing the shipping costs. Typically we will ship US Mail Global Priority for orders under $200 or that weigh less than 2 lbs; otherwise we use UPS. If you need the CDs by a certain date please include that information in the Comments field so we can select the appropriate shipping method.
We accept the following credit cards for online orders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Sorry, but our Web site cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
If you prefer to provide your credit card information to a real person over the telephone, via fax or via mail, instead of via the Internet, simply select the "Phone Order" option in the Other Payment type section. Please enter how you will be providing the information in the Additional Information box.
We also accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders. Select the "Check" option in the Other Payment type section and provide the details in the Additional Information section.
If you want to use a Purchase Order, make that selection in the Other Payment section and enter any details in the Additional Information box. We will contact you after we receive the order to determine if we can accept your Purchase Order.
Note that your credit card will not be charged until we have shipped your order. You will receive a confirmation via email.

Sales Tax & Methods of Payment
All prices on the Leonardo Software Web site are quoted in U.S. funds,
and all transactions are conducted and charged in U.S. currency.
Leonardo Software
accepts the following credit cards for online orders: Visa, Mastercard,

Shipping
Destinations, Costs & Options
Leonardo Software ships to almost anywhere in the world - if your location
is served by a courier service that we use, we can deliver our quality
products to you - usually within a week of receiving your order.
Please see the Customs Duties & Taxes section of this page for details about import duties, which must be paid by you the purchaser.
Wherever possible, we attempt to ship your order on the day that it is received here in our office. Please note that shipment of orders received during weekends or United States legal holidays may be slightly delayed.
Customs
Duties & Taxes
Your order confirmation will provide the total value of your order and
the method of its shipment, and it will confirm that this amount has been
charged to your credit card, but it will not include the value of any
local Customs import duties or taxes. All import taxes and duties are
the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and must be paid to the appropriate
authorities before product can be delivered.
Order
Changes & Cancellations
We accept all requests for order changes and cancellations - until your
product has been shipped. Simply contact us via email at sales@leonardosoft.com
and we will do our best to assist you. If your request for a change or
cancellation is not received before the shipment leaves our facility,
we ask that you refuse its delivery and instruct the courier to return
it to Leonardo Software, its place of origin. In such cases, you will
responsible only for the shipping charges.
Damaged
Goods & Returns
We package all goods very carefully for both local and international shipping,
but sometimes things get damaged in transit. Our quality control checks
are rigorous, but occasionally a manufacturer's defect escapes our inspectors.
If you receive a damaged product from Leonardo Software, please contact us immediately to arrange for its prompt return and replacement.
If for any other reason you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased from Leonardo Software, we accept product returns within 14 days, but it is important that you advise us first of your intent to return the product(s). Contact us for assistance with your request, and we will be pleased to arrange for a credit or exchange.
