       CuePrinter
is a multi-user relational database application specifically designed to create and print rerecording cue sheets.  You can import data from popular Digtial Workstations or you can enter the information about each cue directly. In either case, CuePrinter performs all of the necessary spacing to create easily readable cue sheets.   Additionally, you can easily conform cue sheets to picture changes.

Basic Features
CuePrinter looks at each cue as a series of events. For example, a cue might consist of two events: (1) a start footage, including title, description & comments; and (2) a stop footage.
Event types available: Fade In, Hard In, Pre Roll, Label Hard, Fade Up Label, Fade Down Label, Hard Out, Fade Out, Post Roll, and Single Line.
Cues are assigned to tracks, which are grouped by premix. You can create up to 96 tracks per premix. Premixes are identified by name (e.g., "Effects"), reel number, and version date.  You can combine data from multiple premixes to printer together with all their footages aligned.
The first page contains a header for each track with track name, reel number, page, number, format, premix name, and noise reduction type. Successive pages contain a smaller header with only the track name, reel number, premix, and page number.
CuePrinter can automatically print head pops, tail pops and LFOAs on all tracks.
You can select to print from four to ten columns per page. This gives you the ability to adjust the width of the columns to match the modules in the mixing console.  Laser, dot matrix and color ink jet printers are supported.
Onscreen Display
The onscreen display forms a window over the cue sheet, scrolling horizontally and vertically. It can display 4 to 8 columns at once.
You can select cue and events with the cursor for immediate editing from the onscreen display window.
The distance between cues is proportional to the distance in footages. CuePrinter creates and reduces space intelligently when necessary.
You can easily move tracks, even after cues have been entered.
Simple Data Entry
Each cue can be a simple as a single word with corresponding footage or as complex as a long cue with multiple events, comments.
Converts timecode to 35mm feet/frames and vice versa.
Up to 96 tracks can be combined into a premix. Premixes can be related by reel and by project for easy organization.
Data from SpotMaker (spots, character names, footages, comments, and track number) can be imported into CuePrinter.
Display & Printing Options
Works with a variety of printers, including dot matrix, ink jet and laser.  If your printer supports multiple fixed fonts or color, each event can print with a unique color and font.
CuePrinter's intelligent spacing won't begin printing a new cue too close to the bottom of a page. When cues continue to the next page, the word "continued" can print at the bottom of one page and the first two lines of the title can print on the next page.
Multi-track formats can print in single or multiple columns.
Creates head, tail, and sync mark labels for 35mm film.
Prints on many sizes of paper, including a special perforated eight-column form feed heavy stock available from Leonardo Software. Custom printing, such as company logos, is available.
Picture Changes
To conform cue sheets in the event of picture changes, simply enter the footage and the amount ( + or - ) of each change. CuePrinter automatically calculates a new LFOA.  You only need to enter the changes once per reel to conform multiple premixes.
CuePrinter automatically adjusts footages affected by picture changes and prompts you through modifications required within each cue. You can print the analysis of the changes to assist conformation of the tracks.
Deleted sections (lifts) can be saved for future recall. CuePrinter makes it easy to move scenes or sections from reel to reel or into new order within a reel.
Import Data from Digital Workstations
CuePrinter can import data (text files) from many digital workstations.  All systems support Hard In (Start Footage), Hard Out (Stop Footage), Single Line events.  Some systems also support Fade In, Fade Out, and Label events.
Currently supported are: Akai DD1500, AMS Audiofile, ASR, Avid Media Composer / Audio Vision, CMX3600,  Digidesign ProTools, Lightworks, and Sonic Solutions.
